225/45/16 tires for viking wheels...???

Can anyone help me out?
I am trying to decide on tires for my new aero viking wheels.
I cannot decide whether to get the standard 205/50/16 or a wider,
more low profile 225/45/16 or 235/45/16 tire. If anyone has any
experience with putting wider or more low profile tires on their
own 16" wheels it would be a great help to hear some advice.
THANKS
