Hey..
I'm the "Mel" on jim's post.
The reason why I didn't back out of deal was..
1. the guy in brooklyn and us were in hurry in that morning.
(we exchanged the vehicle in 5 minutes.)
2. My 02 conv also has some flaws on the top.
(top was replaced and still some wear/tear on the top & tonneau cover.)
02 SE conv with automatic was not a vehicle that I wanted to drive by myself.
also, 01 viggen conv(with 45K) has lot more value on bluebook than 02 Se conv. (with 25K)
now. that viggen slowly back to the shape. I solve the problem with that guy in brooklyn. and he happily paid some expenses that needs to bring back viggen in the shape.
as far as frame damage, there was no frame damage. only some cosmetic.
Luckly, gold wing had same year & color fender. so, I just swapped it and you cannot tell it has been work on it now.
Last, I ordered one set of BBS RK from just saab (according to them they has
2 more sets left.).
So, wheel problem is all set at that point.
(plus, I sold wheels in my garage on saabnet now.)
