Get 3 or 4 pieces of schedule40 plastic or steel pipe. Jack it up, set some pipe under it, and roll it to it's destination. When you push it past a pipe, bring the pipe around to the front and set it under the shed.
If the pipe sinks into the ground, you can put something perpendicular under the pipe. (Such as more pipe, or a 2x4, or some old plywood)
If you have a come-along or an old truck you can use that to move it instead of people. I've used round pieces of firewood (instead of pipe) to move a shed about that size. I've also used pvc pipe to roll a 600 pound diesel generator all by myself with no help or mechanical advantages.
