For example, working under the dash is a breeze! In the III, the engine bay access is limited by the small hood, but you can convert to the II style complete lift up hood. It's all mechanical (e.g. fuel pump, unless you upgrade to an electric fuel pump, like I did in mine) and the only thing that really keeps me giving me fits is the 30 years old electrical wiring... Other than that, learning how to rebuild a carburetor was really not hard and quite fun... Such logical little devices when it comes down to it. They are rare cars to see, but not so rare that they are difficult to buy or really all that expensive unless you go for one that's already had a lot of work done to it.
