Insurance questions...

OK>My saabs been rear-ended ( I was at a stop sign, and a 16 year old, with no license, driving his sisters brand new toyota--without her permission--hit me). Damage to the saab=broken taillight, scuffed/creased bumper cover. Damage to the toyota= impressively massive :)
Now, my deductable is high enough that I wouldn't get much on a claim against my <full coverage> insurance---and I don't necessarily want to have a claim on my insurance. BUT--- isn't the other cars insurance liable to fix the damage on my car? <as it was their fault??>
I really don't mind paying the cupla hundred bucks myself, if I have to, to fix my car>But if the other company is obligated to fix it....Then there is now reason that I should, right?
FWIW>the accident occured in Minnesota---a 'no-fault' state. I'm not sure what, exactly 'no-fault' implies, though--as the last time I was in an accident, the other driver was 'at-fault', and their insurance payed...<actually, my company paid me, then recovered the amount from the other company, and then sent me my deductable after the recovery>
Any thoughts?
Any Insurance adjusters out there who know how this works?
TIA
