If you are upside down in the car loan, you cannot refinance at a lower rate. Banks and credit unions will not loan you more money than the car is worth.
You purchased a high quality car, a Saab, and it is made to last. Find a good independent Saab repair shop so you aren't paying dealer prices for service, learn to change your oil and other basics and drive it to 200,000 miles. Once you realize how great it feels to own your car outright, you won't go upside down in a car loan again. Lesson learned, money saved, take it easy! :)
