Last SAAB I pulled over was a 9-5 AERO a few weeks ago. I remember reducing the speed to 5 over the limit (80 in a 55 maybe?). I have let some SAAB drivers go, but not because they were driving a SAAB, mainly because they were honest about speeding and were not rude. BTW Ford Expediton drivers seem to be the rudest by far!
I don't know how to explain why one car over another gets pulled over. You get a feeling with some cars, like when the driver makes eye contact quickly and then looks away quickly. I have found more suspended / revoked / wanted drivers by running a tag after someone does this.
The only thing I can say about color is when using LIDAR (laser) color can be a factor. It is easier to get a fix on a bright colored (red) car 1/4 mile away than say a silver car at the same distance. Black cars are the hardest to detect with LIDAR, cars with chrome grilles are the easiest.
Any other questions?
