When I first bought my '93 9k CSET, I had them do some service. One example, I was having boost issues. Their solution was to increase base boost, but they "could only bring it up do far without smoking." They said that replacing the turbo "was not recommended at this point."

After becoming thoroughly dissatisfied with their service department, I had newly found Saab indy look into it and he found several worn/cracked vacuum hoses and a pretty much worn out hooter valve. Mind-numbing that GC Saab either ignored this or didn't find it. Just one of several bad experiences with GC Saab.

On the plus side, when I first purchased my 9k I didn't know much about cars except what I did and didn't like. I can't even convey how much I learned in the past year from this board, my indy, and my own research. I guess this is one other "benefit" from owning a Saab.
