I don't have a 9-5 so I can't speak to the fit directly, but if you have LATCH, life is MUCH easier than using a seatbelt. For rear facing, the Britax has an excellent belt holding mechanism that eliminates the need for locking clips. The forward facing belt gripping mechanism works ok, but we also use the ratchet feature of the car's shoulder belt.
We have used the Britax seats, both the Roundabout and the Wizard and we love them. I recommend leaving the seats in the rear facing mode as long as possible. Even at 1 year their disproportionately large head can cause neck injuries. My son stayed rear facing until he was at the rear facing weight limit(30lbs I think) of the Roundabout. We bought the newly released Wizard for the second car because it has higher slots for the harness so it can accomodate more height.
We recently purchased a Nania Airway LX because he hit the height limit on the Britax Roundabout. We wanted him to stay in a 5 pt harness as long as possible and the Nania is rated for 50 lbs instead of the standard 40 of most booster seats. I don't think the Nania would be appropriate for smaller (less than 3 yrs) because the harness is designed more for taller children.
