Dealer After Market Wheel Issue

My son in law purchased a Saab six months ago in Texas and is now stationed in Korea. My daughter now has the car in Florida. Before they left, they were in a minor accident that required some body work. In the process of repairing the car, the dealer cleaned and waxed the car. The wheels are now totally ruined. The Florida dealer claims it is the fault of the Texas dealer because they sent the car out to have the wheels chromed before the sold the car. The Florida dealer says the the Texas dealer should have a one year warrantly on the after market wheels. Of course the Texas dealer says there is no warranty on any aftermarket products and they are not at fault for selling the car with defective chrome wheels. Anybody have any suggestions on how to get this situation resolved? It appears to me that the Florida Saab dealer sprayed something on the wheels. Droplets are still visible on them. This is their first Saab experience and probably their last.
