I hate spamers. Yes, enough good people, but too many bad people on the internet. Regular spamers, spamers who send out viruses, spamers who is also a scammer, and anyother kind of spammers call all go to hell. I also hate RIAA making internet provider to give up internet provider's info which is shared between you and the provider. If RIAA doesn't want their cash cow copied, they need to make it uncopyable and find a way to catch them without using any internet provider's help. And especially not use court order to do so! So if RIAA is on internet, I call them a bad one too. Sharing is no different than listing your music loud and your neigbot record your music using microphone. It should only be against the law if you do it for the "profit".
