...is a "buyer rewards" program. Certain gas stations with convenience stores are joining up (Conoco, Phillips, Union 76). You get a card - it's free, no personal info collected. Certain products in the store qualify for a "reward" discount amount off each gallon of gas. The rewards build up and you have 30 days to use them. I put a link to the program at the end of this...
For me, I buy a bottle of water every couple of days (which I would buy anyway), and I smoke (bad - I know - I don't need people telling me so). I've had a few times where I paid as low as $1.50 for premium. For things I'm buying anyway, at least I'm getting something back for it! And it's SO nice to pay "normal" prices for gas again!!!!
