There is a strong business for this in Windsor Ontario, right across from Detroit. If you fly, take ground transportation from airport in Detroit. I would try google for the usual words for searching this subject, but add 'Windsor' as a required search word in an advanced search. You will also want to find out the implications of payment. You would have to pay this yourself and collect from your plans yourself. They may not cover 'providers' in an other country. Ask lots of questions. And ask lots of questions about follow up care when you far away.

There may be locations in Canada that are closer, but Windsor is highly focused on the US market.

There are more advanced eye ball burners which are introduced all of the time. Reasearch this. The margins and costs of these machines makes them more difficult for Canadian providers to obtain/upgrade. So thats an issue to check out as well. But there could easily be some 'outdated' technology in a provider in your own region as well.

After care issues will tend to make many patients stick closer to home and guarantee a large local market share for many providers.
