i've had to look twice on more than one occasion when an old honda accord wagon has driven by. it had a striking resemblance to the 9-5 wagon.
i beleive that saab can maintain it's uniqueness and “europeaness” while still moving forward into new designs. originally, i didn't like the new 9-3ss and 9-2x designs because on first glance, i couldn't distinguish them as being saab cars. they've grown on me and the more i see them, the more i can see their individuality...though subtle...when compared to other cars on the street. i'm still not sold on the 9-7x. too much gm look in it. however, the 9-3 sport hatch (pics i've seen) looks awesome. if they continue to follow this trend, I believe that saab will regain it’s currently fleeting “unique look”.
