I assume you mean a 2005 9-3 Linear? I believe you can order a Saab 9-3 with cloth seats, but there is no discount. A US dealer would be very unlikely to order such a car for you as if some contingency forced you to cancel delivery, the dealer would be stuck with the car without any allowance for not having leather.

I don't believe a Linear can be had with a power passenger seat, you might have to upgrade to an Arc, which is the true equivilant of an SE in today's model line, and then the driver's memory would be availible. But it would only be availible in with the rest of the touring package items.

Upholstery is not an exclusively factory skill. Many US upholstery shops put leather in cloth cars and I'm sure the reverse can be done too.
