The rule of thumb is good. Temperature & pressure BOTH have to be in absolute units. Using your numbers...
60 F = 520 R
90 F = 550 R
32 psig = 46.7 psia
46.7 * (550/520) = 49.4 psia = 34.7 psig
So that's almost 3psi difference.
