Dear All:

Just read Jono's post, and Scott's wireless home network setup seems to be what I need also.
My wife just purchased a Power Mac G5 for her art class(es;) she teaches Jr. HS.
We currently own a Compaq Deskpro--hers, an IBM T42 laptop--mine, and a HP printer; all connected to a Linksys router via RJ45 patch cables. We have cable modem for "high speed internet" at our house.
Only my T42 has wireless feature build in, but I have never used it.

I was ready to purchase an airport express/extreme for wife, but it seems from reading Scott's post that is not necessary.

What do I need to do so that both of us can have wireless connection, mix and match Windows OS PC with Power Mac G5?
I almost never print, so HP printer can connect directly to her G5.

Shall I go to my local BestBuy to purchase one wireless NIC for PC, one wireless NIC for Mac, and a Linksys wifi router 801.11b "B?"
Are those sufficient?
