The way it works in US is that you can have anyone do the service as long as they follow or exceed the requirements from the car manufacturer. The invoice from the shop showing parts, fluids and labor used is proof enough.
You can do it yourself but it is important to keep all the receipts as proof.
Your warranty booklet shows the minimum (suggested) requirements.
If your 9-5 have the 4 cylinder engine the 30K miles service cost everywhere from $350.00 up to $800.00
At my shop it comes up to about $400.00 parts and labor.
You can look at the mechanic list on this website and find several shops in your area.
