I say go with landlord. Tenant has already demonstrated she is inconsiderate!
The only risk in not going directly to tenant is that landlord may not care as much as you do how he handles it. Result is that tenant gets pissed off and next thing you know, your car, which cannot defend itself, has a dent or something worse... :-(
Perhaps a gentle reminder to the lady first...(maybe she is just not thinking. It's been known to happen!!!)
