You need to use a special pick tool to depress the catch on each electric connector (inside black housing) and pull the connectors and harness out of the housing.
Then you get the new sleeve over the connectors and wire harness, reshape the little metal catch on electric connector and push them back into the housing until they snaplock in place.
Now you just push the sleeve onto the housing.
Keep in mind that those sleeves are not fool proof water tight protection.
I wouldn't go through the job and price of installing new ones just for that but if you are building a show case car it might be worth it.
I would instead use a good corrosion treatment spray on each connector now and then (especially after engine clean). Just disconnect each connector and spray them and plug back in.
