I don't know where you are located but it's slighly on the high side per tire but not unreasonable if they do a good job and great balancing equipment. You need to ask about disposal fee for your old tires, and that is extra at some places. If you figure in the savings from Tirerack and this higher mounting charge, do you still come out ahead of buying the tires directly from NTB ?
Did you ask how much cheaper if you had bought the tires from them ? Some places would charge about $10 to $15 if you buy the tires from them. Of course you would also get these "free" mounting and balancing deal but you pay a higher price for their tires. Again, figure in the tire disposal fee if any.
Have you looked throught Tirerack's installer list ? They maintain a list of tire mounting places, maybe you can give some of them a call.
