From using my connection. I just got a wirelesss router for the dorm. I have a similar router at home, but I don't worry about anyone stealing my connection there. The lady next door is 80 and the signal can't reach to my other neighbors. But here is different. I don't want anyone "pounding code" using my connection, because any questionable activites (i.e. sharing files, d'loading porn, etc.) could then be traced to my account.
How do I set it so I'm the only one that can use the signal from my router? Its a Linksys wireless-B model BEFW11S4.
To be honest, I don't quite get the intructions in the manual. I knew that I'd get the best responses here, so this is the first place I came!
