The BMW crowd obviously feel threatened by the presence of Saab, otherwise they wouldn't make such a stink and try to defend their purchases every time the Saab name comes up. If they feel their cars are so superior, why even compare the two. When someone mentions how he likes his KIA (for example) I dont feel the need to come back with why Saab would have been so much better of a purchase.

Frankly I think that the "ultimate DRIVING machine" ..is just that. The utility is non-existant. Notice how its not the ultimate HAULING machine or TOWING machine. Thats why it will not be my car of choice. They just dont understand that aspect and believe that if you passed on the BMW you are not as smart as them.
