Windows XP clock time is speeding up

Ok, another computer question:
My time display (the lower right corner of the toolbar) on Windows XP seems to like to speed up. Sometimes it will display the time correctly for a week, but sometimes the "time" will quickly speed up. Sometimes after about a half-a-day, my computer time will be almost 40 minutes faster.
I am overclocking my computer, but only via FSB. Its an AMD processor with a Nforce2 chipset. I also overclock the AMD processor on my other computer, but only the CPU multiplier - I don't touch the FSB. That computer is always dead on...
FWIW, I never had this problem until I installed Windows XP SP2...
Any idea or hints? When I update the time, I always use the standard windows time synchronizer, but in time in inaccurate within a matter of hours.
Thanks!
Karl
