I know this sounds ignorant to ask about finding software on this board, but here goes. A friend of mine is a manager in an office and has a couple of employees who he thinks is goofing off a lot on the internet. He asked me if I knew of a good program he could use to report what they do all day on the computer. It would have to something that runs in the background and doesn't show up obviously (ie the task bar). I know there are programs out there that do this, however, I thought I would ask here first before spending a lot of time searching on the internet, since everyone here is very helpful and are from all walks of life. I know you can ghost someones computer with PCAnywhere, but it is realtime only (as far as I know) and he needs something that will keep track and he can get a report from it.
