Linoleum would probably be too soft and get impossible to clean after a while. Linoleum only lasts for foot traffic because it gets waxed and the wax protects it.
Maybe if money isn't tight, rip out the concrete, install infloor heat tubing, and repour the floor. Then you'll have a nice clean floor that could be heated at a later date, that you could finish right.
Exactly what to finish it with I'm not sure. I think a rubber matt for the vehicle's tracks would be best. My 4-year old garage floor is coming apart in one place from salt water freezing in it under wet salty vehicles. Probably the snow tire studs have chewed through the multiple coats of thompsons water seal.
Griots has quartz composite tiles, but I think they are too expensive for anyone but an F1 team.
