Use one of the cruise agent web sites (places like http://www.cruise.com, http://www.cruise411.com, http://www.cruisedirect.com, http://www.paymetravel.com) to search by any combination. Then, choose a place like http://boards.cruisecritic.com which is the Saabnet of cruising (no kidding).
A few caveats. A few cruise lines let you take 3rd/4th passenger in one cabin for half or a third off the regular passengers (i.e. children). Look for these in the cruise web site. These are listed as 3rd/4th Addtl.
Some cruise lines are better than others for children. Timing is everything, as prices change drastically by week. Figure cost of airfare into the price, also tipping ($10/day/person in our case), and so on. The all-inclusive pricing isn't :-) And finally, despite what people may tell you, we could be doing a week in London for what we're paying for a week in the Caribbean next month (2 grownups, 2 school agers 12.5 and 7.5). Some cruise lines are cheaper than others, but prices are competitive usually.
