Hello:
I just received my '98 Honda Odyssey three days ago after being shipped from Miami to San Francisco.
The transporter was Able Auto Transport, but that doesn't matter as much as the trucker. Transporters basically do the marketing for truckers who physically move the cars, and take the commission.
The trucker that moved my minivan was Grizzly out of Reno, NV. The location doesn't matter either since they are always on the road.
Both companies were just fine, but what would you expect from them other than safe and timely delivery? It took Able two weeks to find Grizzly, then Grizzly promised the delivery a week after pick up, it took them 10 days, but still I was happy the minivan was fine.
Also keep in mind that those huge trucks most likely cannot deliver to your door, you need to arrange a location where they can drive and park.
Good luck with your classic Saab.
