I was in Philly on a business trip two Januarys ago. My 88 9000 turbo decided that it was a good time for my water pump to freak out. So, I only used them on an emergency basis, picked 'em right out of the phone book because they were one of the few garages that advertised that they worked on SAABs.
I paid about $500 for parts and labor--a bit more than I would have liked to, but looking at the bill, they didn't charge me for anything unnecessary.
Good service--they stayed late to meet me (20 minutes) and settle up, called me to check about job cost BEFORE doing any work, and also let me know about ball joints that were due to be changed (which I did myself as soon as I got home).
I had one very good experience out of one opportunity. If I needed to use a garage again in Phila., I would call them.
