Saab is deemed total loss and a few questions

Well today is a sad day, last week I hit a deer with my 2000 9-3 and was stranded in Wisconsin, received a call that the car was deemed a total loss. They offered me $9,100 for it (base model with 75k). Also, they are not factoring in the new wheels/tires, DI cassette, stereo etc...
Sigh. However they told me that I can take the wheels and tires and the DI cassette if I replace them with OEM. Which is good because I just spent $1500 on new wheels and tires 1000 mi ago and $300 on the new DI 1000 mi ago also.
Now for the questions:
I am looking at a 2002 9-5 Aero, 36k, Manual, Sport Seats, Parking Assist and Xenon headlights. What are some key things I need to look for. The other problem is it will be an out of state purchase (SaabWay in ATL, GA) so I am confused about how to handle that. Any feedback, advice on dealing with Saabway or out of state purchases?
Other random things are...did the 02's still have the SID problems? How about the DI, will the new one for my 9-3 fit on a 9-5? Any other common nuances/problems with 02 Saab 9-5 Aeros?
Thanks for the help. Hopefully, I will be staying in the Saab family!
Cheers
Chris
