At least I'm like that. Last time I got my car re-aligned at the dealer they managed to chip off the leather on the steering wheel with whatever metal tool they used to clamp it to the base of the seat.
I find it extremely aggravating but since I can't stand incompetent people and most importantly spending time around them, I decided to let it go ...
I'm quite political and a logical debater, I don't run away from constructive negotiations but you have got to pick your battles in life ...
What are the chances your argument preveils against their "expert" judgement on second try ? Let it go ...
