I, too, am curious. I've been using Dirito on my "new to me" 2001 9-3. I'm in Castro Valley and work in Pleasanton. I'd love the close proximity of the new dealer, but I have no idea how good they are since they're new.

I was used to a SAAB only shop when I lived in Cleveland, so I was quite turned off when I went to Downtown SAAB/Subaru/Toyota in Oakland and was treated like a Jiffy Lube customer. That's when I switched to Dirito, and I've been quite happy so far. Other than the drive, that is...
