because we're car shopping to replace our 2002 9-5 Linear going off lease next month. A casual poll of dealers near me yielded this about loaners for warranty work:

Lexus dealer "always" gives you a Lexus loaner.

Acura dealer said, "we have a complimentary shuttle."

BMW dealer will give you a loaner if you bought the car there, BMW cars are available if you make an appointment for one, otherwise loaner might not be a BMW

Saab dealer used to give free Enterprise loaners (last year, anyway), but lately they have gotten less cooperastive, and will only cover the first night regardless of how long the car is in their shop, and you have to whine and plead even for that.
