I called about 6 months ago. A Rav 4 all over the road, stopped in the travel lane for no reason. Police were there in a matter of minutes. It was her second DUI arrest. They should pull these people's licenses forever. She came close to killing several people. I kept my distance and kept the police dispatcher updated with location and direction. So keep calling on these folks.
