Saw an ad in autotrader for a RX-8 for a ridiculous price. I just had to see what the scam was... here it is! Oh yeah, I live in oregon and found the car as "local." It would have to cost a ton just to have it shipped from phoenix!

Hi,
The price I will sell it for ASAP is US $ 6400.At this moment I´m in Anchorage,Alaska with
some bussines but the car is in Phoenix,Arizona and will be shipped fromthere.
The shipping will be arranged by me and you will have nothing to do with these services.I
will ship within US only.Along with the car you will receive the title, keys, owner's
manual and a bill of sale that will state you as the buyer.
The deal will be made through BidPay.I would like US $ 999.00 upfront as a deposit, and
the
rest on delivery.
The
payment will be sent to BidPay and they will hold it
until you receive the car and test it.
The car will be delivered at your location. In case
the car is not exactly as advertised, you don't sign
the delivery papers, they ship the car back to me at
no extra cost, and BidPay will fully refund you.
But that's not going to happend, I promise you. After
receiving the car,you have a three days inspection period.
After the inspection, if you agree, the agent will
release the first downpayment to me,you will have to pay me the remaining amount in 1 week
and the deal is closed.
