DC, I'm not sure if Crossway is anywhere near you, but I've ALWAYS had good outcomes there. REALLY great service staff, parts manager, etc. I would give them a try if you can.
As for Dean Hill, I went into their dealership when they first opened in White River. I told the salesman (who had NO other customers on his floor) that I was interested in a 9-5 Aero, used. He basically said "that's great - I don't have any used, and you probably can't afford one anyways". Granted I'm a bit younger then the average 9-5 buyer, but I drove up in my 2nd Saab, looking to start a relationship that could lead to my 3rd. I wasn't going to buy that day, but I knew what I wanted.
Well, about 6 months later I was back in WRJ on vacation and stopped in to see if Dean Hill had a new moonroof kit (backordered at my dealer). Lucky enough to get the same salesman approaching me when I drove up. He said "nice car" and made some small talk. I told him it was, and had he not pre-judged me 6 months earlier he might have sold it to me.
Needless to say, I won't return to Dean Hill for much more then a SAAB part. And even then I'd rather go to Crossway.
Liam :-)
