It has to be tweaked so that it can run on the %85 ethanol or gas. If it's ethanol, it's high octane and you're just wasting power if you don't take advantage of it and tweak the spark and fuel maps.
I hear it gets better gas mileage with it too.
I wish I could get one. You'd think in liberal MA that you'd be able to get E85 fuel but you cannot.
