OK, I don't know about FasTrak but EZPass here on the East Coast has license plate mount transponders you can special order. They're almost as ugly...My EzPass windshield mount is free but the license plate mount costs, I believe.

OK, so I google FasTrak and guess what?
For External Transponders and Commercial Trucks
Your external transponder is designed to be attached to the front of your vehicle, on a flat surface. It is screw-mounted in the area on the front bumper where the license plate would normally be located.



Position the transponder so that the mounting holes correspond to the top of the license plate area on the front bumper of the vehicle
