Good show, VERY crowded. I added a few pics to my gallery for my category of interest (European sportwagons) and will post a few more over the next few days.
Sure I'm biased, but the SportCombi is one hell of a good looking car in person. Fusion Blue is a great color, and the inside really does feel Saaby... just a lot more modern than my 9-3. Compared to the more spartan Volvo V50 and the much smaller Audi A3, it should compete well in its class.
Lots of companies seem to be adding chrome and metal to their dashes, so it's not just Saab. The other big detailing item this year seems to be honeycomb or other molded plastic textures in grilles. Really adds a "boyracer" look to the models that do it.
Most of the big American concept cars were mobbed by people, but what I saw of the Challenger and the new Camero looks pretty sweet. Honda and Toyota are still quietly doing their thing though, there's a reason they both do so well. The Prius actually looks more practical than we'd originally thought, and one might well be my wife's next car.
