Premium Plan ? If so, doing your tax alone would worth $300-$500 alone. Just make sure tax preparation doesn't mean they give you a consolidated report listing your portfolio and all the usual tax related transactions.
Also, watch out for products they push. They can generate more money off you by pushing their own products and these products usually have fees associated with them as well. Granted if their products are doing well, you may not mind paying the fees for good returns.
You mentioned "estate", if you have set up estates or trusts with them, then by all means continue unless your return on the estate or investment does not match the usual benchmarks for the type of assets you own.
I presume you don't actively trade on a daily or weekly basis, so having a get together quarterly would be more than sufficient.
Last thing to ponder, is $1,200 a very small percentage of your total portfolio under them ? Think of the $1,200 as management fees (on top the fees already built into your asset types, such as mutual funds, bond funds, hedge funds...). How do they react to sudden events, are they availale to discuss or calm nerves if the Dow drops 2,000 point tomorrow or would they be so busy off loading their own things ?
