So I bought my 2006 9-3 SportCombi on December 27 of last year at Herb Chambers Saab in Boston after putting a $500 deposit down with my credit card by phone. I took delivery of the vehicle and they said they would send me a check and my XM Commander (free offer) when their accounting department figured out the discrepancy between transaction price and the amount of money I paid.

It has been almost two months, neither the manager or the salesman has recently called me back to tell me what is going on. Last time I talked to the manager two weeks ago, he told me that the box didn't get shipped out and he would check on it and all me the next day. He never did.

I've left a couple of messages since then. What should I do? What kind of operation are they running, a scam? I have a feeling that they told the receptionist to tell me they're not there when they see the 248 area code pop up on caller ID.

Any advice is appreciated,

They owe me $550 plus the radio, still haven't taken the GM Extended Family Card earnings I intended to use on the purchase.
