I have a defective steering rack clamp that I purchased from them - a known, admittted issue they have. I've been in contact with them for months regarding getting a new one. Each time I'm told I will get a new one "next week". And each week when I don't get one, I'm told they are making a new batch next week, and I'll get one then. Still nothing. It's been about 5 months. I think its clear they don't want to give me a replacement, even though they said they would.

What do I do now? Has anyone out there had any luck? At this point I'd like to just replace it with a better one from Genuinesaab.com. But, do I eat the money I paid for the MP Performance one? They admit it's defective. I'd like to be refunded so I can put that towards getting a GenuineSAAB one. Has anyone had any luck with this?

I don't know what happened to these guys.
