Actually quite easy, relatively. Contact Saab Financial and I think you'll find you need just a little cooperartion from your local Saab dealer in entering the credit info for the new takeover person. After Saab approves them Saab faxes copies of the old lease for the new lessee to sign and notarize. Submit that with another $595 acquistion fee (maybe it's only $500) proof of insurance and such and I believe Saab will reregister the car. and the old lessee is entirely off the hook.
The new lessee and the old lessee can work out whatever exchange they deem fair and who pays the $595. Often folks will have put big drive offs down originally so some want to try and recover that and some are just happy to be out of the lease.
