as for "aesthetically pleasing" toilets, I like the toto ultimate and the duravit stark 3 and metro. The american standard savona isn't bad either. Like Mike says, pressurized is a nice option - provided the initial noise isn't a deterrant.
Aside from that, need a price range and context (style) to help further.
