A friend of ours just had one installed in his garage, Backyardbuddy.com. He likes it, very solid, he parks the new Porsche on top for the winter and the Mini (or any car) underneath. One thing you need to consider is that the tracks of a normal 8' or 9' high garage door will not be up high enough. He has a 9' high door and the tracks are mounted up an additional foot, so that when the door is open it barely clears the Porsche. If you have a high enough ceiling in your garage you could probably install new taller tracks on most any garage door.
