I generally get high quality tools for things I use regularly and Harbor Freight tools for specialty stuff I rarely use. I have a Harbor Freight 3/8" click style torque wrench. I normally use a much nicer 1/2" torque wrench but bought this one for those few times when I needed a 3/8". I compared the two in terms of torque and they seem similar enough. The HF wrench seems to be of adequate quality to me, so I wouldn't avoid it for general work. For engine internals or head bolts I would still consider going with a higher quality wrench.
