Just check it all the way down the left, don't be subjective, don't read it. It's hard for some folks to be "extremely satisfied" with anything or to give anything to do with the car buying process an "excellent" rating, after all it's not your wedding night or your first born child, it's just a darn car.
Do hold your dealer hostage with the customer survey. That is if there's anything you're unhappy with call the salesman, service guy or the owner for that matter and use the customer survey for leverage. "I'm not gonna' check it all the way down the left unless you do _________?
But if you do turn it in, please, please just check it all the way down the left or your poor Saab salesperson won't be sending you a postcard from Sweden.
