That's pretty cool. I assume they don't have another brand that they sell (either next door or across town). Nice to see that they have survived so long as a solo operation. I'm sure part of their success is the fact they are small - a lot better control of the quality of service.
I've always thought it would be great to own an operation like that. Hearing about the dealership closing in Bellevue, WA makes me think of this more and more. I think if managed properly, a small franchise in Bellevue would do fairly well. Of course, I lack the most important part of the equation ($$$)!
