I'm definitely not qualified to answer this question but what the heck. You have to worry about IRS rules, and then additional rules which your employer/401(k) custodian may impose. You can get the latter online (e.g., http://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc413.html) but the former comes from your employer.
The money is in a Roth right now. *IF* it were possible to roll it into one of your 401(k) accounts, it would be going from a tax-free account into a tax-deferred account. You don't want to do that even if it is allowed, which I suspect it is not. The only possible chance I see of this being permitted in IRS rules (and making sense) would be if your employer offers one of the new Roth 401(k) plans. And that's strictly hypothetical....
I would just roll it over into another Roth IRA with another custodian -- no taxes and no questions.
