there are three "sockets" on the back of the lamp.... assembly that have sleeves in them to hold the cupped ends of the adjusters, perhaps those have broken. site sponsors (i think) sell them if that's the case, or dealer.
or the square that holds the adjuster threaded rod in place have slid out of their retainers due to over-zealous cranking on the ajusters.
the actual black frame of the lamp assembly could also have cracked or broken, which would allow the lamp to wobble as well. have to replace that if that's the case there.
if the sockets that hold the sleeves and cupped ends are broken i think you're going t have to replace the lamp assembly.
i trust you've checked the mounting bolts on the headlamp? hope this helps.
